Lonnie’s HOME WORK 280-1807 or home 223-2208
Since 2002 I’ve been operating a home repair and construction service, mainly residential, but I’ve also done quite a bit of commercial and institutional location projects. I can give you estimates, firm BID, work by the hour, and provide references by individuals and businesses. My building experience goes back to building homes and doing remodeling and cabinetry with my father from 1970-1975, remodeling my own home and helping others with projects up thru 2001. My Grandfather was a by-the-book plumber, as well as a sporting rifle builder and my dad still builds cabinets and does excellent finish work in Mesa AZ, so I’ve had a past filled with tools and tips. I try and keep my costs low, and my fees fair, so my elderly customers can keep living in their own homes, so my younger couple customers can make home changes without refinancing the house, and so my landlord customers don’t have to raise the rent to cover labor costs. Needless to say I stay pretty busy and have issued over 730 separate customer accounts over the past 8 years.
